Our Online Hamper & Grazing Box Order Process

• Payment: No payment is taken online, payment is on collection at the shop.
• Hamper Options: Our online ordering allows you to select a hamper style and also set your own budget.
• Hamper Prices: The illustrated example hampers are priced at £40, however Hampers and Grazing Boxes prices start at £20 and can go upto £150 if you want a giant family sized hamper.
• Hamper Notes: On all hampers and grazing boxes, you have the opportunity to add a note to let us know of any dietary requirements or allergy issues. You can also use the notes to ask for any specific items to be included in the hamper, or anything you specifically do not want included.
• Alcohol Options: Wine is only included in hampers priced at/over £40 and the person collecting the hamper must be over 18 !
• Hamper Collections: We normally need at least 48 hours notice to prepare the hamper. The hampers often contain fresh produce, so we only make then up either on the day of or the day before collection. On the order form, we've asked what date the hamper is need for, please make sure you include the date you will be collecting the hamper.
• Submitting Order: Once you have selected the hamper/hampers you want (you can order more then one with different collection dates if you want), proceed to the checkout page to add your contact details. Please make sure you add a mobile number as it is often quickest for us to text you if we have any queries. There is also a final opportunity to add a note incase there is anything else you want to ask us.
• Order Confirmation 1: On submitting your order you will receive an email copy of the shopping basket.
• Order Confirmation 2: We will email or text you to let you know when your hamper will ready for collection.
• Collection & Payment: Payment is taken when you come to collect the hamper.
• Giving The Hamper: The very final part of the order process is to give it to your friend or family for them to enjoy their deli treats !
